Reverend Rave served as the official co-host for the Bob Freeman Show for almost six months, until finally quitting the program after a violent on-air dispute with the former co-host, Sean. He still makes frequent appearances to the studio, however, and is known for his distinctive laugh (as well as his flatulence problem).
Just in case you were wondering, Reverend Rave is a certified reverend with the Universal Life Church, and he's able to perform weddings and other religious ceremonies. Other than that, however, he's completely devoid of anything resembling spiritualism.
"I'm the world's only atheist reverend," he explains.
Rave also has the unsettling habit of occasionally bursting out with murderous threats. Once, after a four month hiatus from the show, Reverend Rave finally made his return... and arrived wearing pancake makeup and all-black clothing. He then admitted that he had purchased a rifle with the intention of killing Bob Freeman, but had changed his mind after thinking about it for a while. Needless to say, everyone was slightly concerned by this.
"I was in a bad mood for a little bit when I bought the gun," Rave elaborated. "But then I changed my mind and decided to focus my rage elsewhere. Right now, I really just want to cut somebody's tits off and eat them."
Ahem.
